Quick answer:Because real fruit is seasonal. We list what's actually being harvested right now from farms we've verified. When a fruit is out of season, it simply isn't listed — we won't fake availability with cold-stored or imported stock.

Nature, not a warehouse, sets our menu. Each fruit has a natural season — Alphonso mangoes for a few weeks in summer, strawberries in winter, and so on — and we only list harvests that are genuinely happening on verified farms.
