Freshness & refund guarantee
You pre-order a real harvest before it reaches your city, so we make paying ahead risk-free: if your fruit isn't fresh on arrival, you get a full refund — and you keep the fruit. Just report it within 24 hours of delivery with a photo.
If a farmer is unable to deliver a confirmed harvest (weather, crop failure), every affected pre-order is refunded in full, automatically, to the original payment method.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to deliver your order — your mobile number, delivery city and address, and order history. We never sell your data.
Payments are processed by our payment partner; we don't store your card details on our servers.
Terms of service
Stock shown is the genuine remaining quantity of a finite harvest. A reservation holds your share for a short window; if payment isn't completed in time, the stock returns to the pool for others.
Ordering windows, delivery dates and time slots are set per city and may change based on harvest and logistics. Delivery is made to the address and slot you select at checkout.
