Because it's real. Each listing is one farmer's actual harvest — for example 1,000 dozen bananas. The live counter shows the genuine quantity remaining. When that harvest is claimed, there's nothing left to sell until the next verified farm is listed.

What does the live counter mean and is it real?

The live counter is the genuine number of units left in that specific harvest. It updates in real time as people buy, so two dozen bought means everyone instantly sees two fewer. It's real stock, not a countdown gimmick.

Yes — that's the model. We list a harvest about 10 days before it reaches your city, once the farmer confirms it. You reserve and pay up front, which locks your share and pays the farmer fairly; the fruit is delivered on the arrival date.

Very. Fruit is harvested close to delivery and moved straight to your door with no cold storage in between — often reaching you within a day or two of being picked, so it ripens on your counter instead of in a warehouse.

On the harvest's arrival date, your fruit is delivered to everyone who pre-ordered that batch, in the delivery date and time slot you selected at checkout. Slots and dates are set per city for each harvest.

Because each harvest reaches different cities on different schedules, and local delivery logistics vary. So our team sets the ordering window, delivery dates and time slots separately for each city on every listing.

Can I choose my delivery time slot?

Yes. At checkout you pick from the delivery dates and time slots available for your city on that batch. Each slot has limited capacity, so choosing early gives you the best pick before popular slots fill up.

How do I pay on GoForFresh?

You pay online at checkout — UPI, card or net banking — through a secure payment partner. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Payment confirms your reservation and locks your share of the harvest.

When do I get a refund?

You're refunded in full if the fruit isn't fresh on arrival (report within 24 hours with a photo, and keep the fruit), or automatically if a farmer can't deliver a confirmed harvest. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Because real fruit is seasonal. We list what's actually being harvested right now from farms we've verified. When a fruit is out of season, it simply isn't listed — we won't fake availability with cold-stored or imported stock.
