What most people ask
Can I pick different items for different days?+
Yes. You can set one item for all days, or customise by weekday — a fruit bowl every Monday, cut vegetables every Tuesday, a ready-to-cook mix every Wednesday. The menu repeats weekly. Multiple items per day are fine too.
What if I want to skip a day?+
Tap 'Skip this day' in Manage. That day's amount is credited back to your wallet instantly. You can only skip days that are tomorrow or later (today's order is already being prepared).
Can I cancel in the middle?+
Anytime. Every remaining day's amount goes back to your wallet as a single refund. No questions, no fees.
What happens on my delivery day?+
Each morning we create a regular order for your scheduled items and deliver in your chosen time slot. You get a GST invoice per day, same as a one-time order.
