📉 Ordering & live stock

Pre-orders, the live counter, and selling out

Quick answer:Because it's real. Each listing is one farmer's actual harvest — for example 1,000 dozen bananas. The live counter shows the genuine quantity remaining. When that harvest is claimed, there's nothing left to sell until the next verified farm is listed.

The scarcity is genuine, never a marketing trick. A farm produces a finite harvest, and we list exactly that quantity. The counter you see is the true remaining amount, updated live as people order. We never inflate, reset, or fake it. When a batch sells out, ordering closes for it — we don't quietly restock the same listing — because the next fruit will come from a different farm's harvest, which gets its own listing once we've verified it.
