Own GoForFresh in your city.
Build your own name doing it.
Not a dealership. Not a job with a fancy title. You run the business in your city — your team, your kitchen, your calls — on the same platform we built and proved in Pune.
You pay us nothing to start. Your capital goes into your own business.
Royalty stays switched off for your city until it is actually making money.
Your city is yours. The platform physically prevents a second owner.
Why we are giving cities away
We cannot open every city ourselves. Food is local — it needs someone who knows which gym in which lane has the right crowd, who can hire a rider on a Sunday, who will pick up the phone when a customer is upset. That person lives there. It is not us.
So the trade is simple. You bring the city and the hustle. We bring the product, the software and everything we learned the expensive way. We take nothing until it works, because a city that never becomes profitable is worth nothing to us either.
Who decides what
The honest version. You are not buying a rulebook, and you are not being left alone either.
You decide
- ✓Pricing for your city
- ✓Who you hire, and what you pay them
- ✓Which areas open first, and how fast you expand
- ✓Local marketing, offers and partnerships
- ✓Which shops, gyms and stalls you sign up
- ✓How your kitchen runs day to day
We handle
- •The entire technology platform, and every update to it
- •Payments, payouts, invoicing and GST plumbing
- •Recipes, quality standards and supplier guidance
- •Training your team, and ours on call while you settle in
- •The brand, and defending it
- •A live profit-and-loss view of your city, always on

The money, plainly
What you pay us to start
Nothing
No franchise fee, no territory fee, no software licence. If someone offers you a food franchise for ₹10 lakh upfront, ask them what happens to that money if the city fails.
What you invest in yourself
A kitchen, equipment, your first hires and a runway of operating costs. This varies a lot by city and by how fast you want to move — we will walk through a real number for your city on the call, based on what Pune actually cost.
What we take, once you are profitable
A small per-unit royalty and a flat platform cost per order. Both are visible in your P&L, line by line — you will never wonder where the money went. Until your city is in profit, the royalty is switched off entirely.
We will not put a monthly earnings figure on this page. Anyone who does is selling you something. What we will do is show you Pune’s real numbers on a call and let you judge.
Model your own city
Move the sliders. These are your assumptions, not our promises.
Pune crossed 100/day before it felt stable.
Subscriptions pull this up over time.
After ingredients and packaging, before rent and salaries.
GoForFresh takes 3.9% of revenue at these numbers. Your own rent, salaries, delivery and marketing come out of what is left.
This is a model, not a forecast. It ignores your rent, staff, riders and marketing because those are yours to decide — and it cannot know your city. We will walk through Pune’s real numbers with you on the call.
Please do not apply if…
We would rather lose you now than waste six months of your life.
- ✕You want passive income. This is an operating business — you will be in the kitchen at 6am in month one.
- ✕You want to run it from another city. It does not work remotely. You have to be there.
- ✕You need it profitable in 60 days. It takes longer, and pretending otherwise helps neither of us.
- ✕You want to change the product. The recipes and the brand stay the same everywhere — that is what makes it a brand.
- ✕You are looking for a side project alongside a full-time job. The first six months will not allow it.

Questions people actually ask
What does it cost to take an GoForFresh city?+
There is no franchise fee. You do not pay GoForFresh anything to start. What you need is working capital for your own operation — a kitchen, initial staff and the first months of running costs. That money goes into your business, not to us.
When do you actually start earning from me?+
Only after your city is profitable. Until then royalty is switched off for your region — it is a setting on your city, not a promise in an email. Once you are running in profit, it is a small per-unit royalty plus the platform cost per order. If your city never becomes profitable, we never earn from it.
How much freedom do I really have?+
You decide pricing for your city, who you hire, which areas you open first, how you market locally, which partners and stalls you sign, and how your kitchen runs day to day. We do not overrule those calls. What stays central is the product recipe, the brand, the technology and compliance — the things that must be identical everywhere for the brand to mean anything.
Is the city exclusive to me?+
Yes. One partner per city. The platform enforces this at the data level — kitchens own an exclusive set of pincodes and the system physically refuses to let two owners claim the same area. It is not a handshake, it is how the software is built.
What do I get on day one?+
The whole platform: customer app and website, kitchen operations software, rider app and dispatch, the partner and stall programme, subscriptions, payments, invoicing and a live profit-and-loss view of your own city. Plus the recipes, the supplier list, the training, and our team on call while you find your feet.
I have never run a food business. Is that a problem?+
No, and some of the best operators come from outside food. What matters more is that you are on the ground in your city, you can hire and hold a team, and you are willing to do unglamorous work for the first few months. We teach the food part.
How long until the city makes money?+
Honestly: months, not weeks. Pune took real time to find its rhythm and every city is different. Anyone who promises you a fixed number by a fixed date is guessing. What we can tell you is exactly what happened in Pune, month by month, on a call.
What if it does not work out?+
You are not locked into a long contract with penalties. If you want to stop, we will help transition the city rather than punish you for leaving. We would rather part on good terms than hold someone in a business they no longer want.
Still deciding?
Talk to us before you rule it out. No pressure, and we will tell you honestly if your city is not ready yet.
